Default LT1 Engine Swap

will a LT1 out of a 96 Z M6 fit a 94 Z A4? the reason i was asking is because i found a motor for a good price and i wanted to swap it out. what would i need to do would i have to just switch my computer out with it or will it not work with the motor? the thing that i'm concerned about is that the new motor had a M6 and mine is an A4. need help ASAP.

A4 motors are the same as m6 motors for the same years. The computers are programmed different and the wiring harnesses are different. 96 was OBD II and 94 was OBD I The timing covers are differnet as well.
