Default Motor tear down? Power steering pump problem

I have come to a stoping point on my tear down I am working on the pass side accsesory drive bracket and I am having problems getting the power steering pump off. I have the feed line off that goes to the pump but cant seem to get any kind of wrench around the fitting that is behind the pulley Do i have to get a tool to pull the pulley off or is there some way i can get that fitting out of the pump I really dont want to cut it.

You can go to somewhere like AutoZone and rent a power steering pulley puller. It's just a press-fit on the hub.

well i have it unbolted from the bracket and I ended up cutting the soft line from the resivior. Its just the hard line wih the fitting right behine the ully that gave me problems I will go to autozone to see if i can rent a puller tho and see how that works.

i used a 3" ext. and stuck it in a hole that's cast in the pulley, after that it was easy to get it off

same here, pulled off the resevoir hose(didn't cut it) than persuaded the pump over the bracket and than removed the hard line. It will come off without pulling the pulley.
