Headers out the top or bottom?

Headers out the top or bottom? I am going to be buying some mid lenght pacesetter headers, and i was wondering if it is better to install them from under the car,or should i put them in through the top?

thanks for the help, the only time i have put headers on a car was when me and my dad rebuilt his lt1 and did a cam, and headers. The motor was out of the car though so it was super easy.
