There's been some discussion regarding the excessive height of the ES tranny mount. Some suspect the added height causes DS problems and increased vibrations. I've used the same ES poly mounts under three different tranny setups

You can pick up a poly energy suspensions tranny mount from any local dap for around $20. If you do go that route, just don't include the spacer that they suggest you install. It is usually the culprit for excessive vibrations with the mount.

Shoebox has info regarding the height differences:

i also have the ES mount. i much prefer it over the stocker. i had it in with the spacer and didn't notice any considerable differences, but without the spacer the way it is now it is even smoother

i have a B&M tranny mount thats basically the same as the ES one. pretty much exactly the same. the stock one went out on me. i havent had a problem out of this one on my 98 T/A. i think i might take the spacer off tomorrow though.
