heads and cam?? i'm going to be putting heads and cam on my 95 z but i don't really know what is the best of what to put on any suggestions? also how much hp does a good h/c combo add

The more popular package sellers are Advanced Induction (www.advancedinduction.com) and Lloyd Elliot(www.eportworks.com).
Check out their websites -- they sell all types of heads/cam packages from mild to wild, depending on your goals for the car and what sort of duties it has (weekend warrior, daily driver, etc.)
