dose the LT1, and LS1 use the same MAF ends.

I think they are the same housings but different sensor itself.. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

ya thats what i am thinking. i am porting the stock ones from my 2000 TA so i can put them on my 95 camaro. can anyone else comfirm this for me.

The housings are slightly different....I am using the NX MAF kit that was designed for the LS1 to make the MAF ends work on my LT1 sensor I had to trim a couple of mounting tabs off the sensor.

I do not recommend ported MAF housings anyway. Not good!

realy im just doing it for the experiance. this will be my first port and polish job and so far its looking awsome. i figure since i have a 396 that the extra air flow cant hurt. if there is no diffrance oh well as long as its shinny.
