Default Loudmouth II on an LT1

First time poster on LS1tech, but I have been posting on cz28.com for 4 years. I'm looking for a clip or an opinion of the new Loudmouth II (or 2, whatever). I'm simply concerned about the sound. I know the Loudmouth 1 is too loud for my taste. The exhaust tips are not a concern as I already have the CME. Thanks for any help.

My two Camaros can be seen here.

Here ya go bud, the site is mainly for LS1s, but they have the occasional LT1 sound
http://ls1sounds.com/slp_loudmouth.htm

But check it out.

I dont have a LM2 but from what I have heard they are just as loud if not more than the LM1

Edit: oh yea I forgot about this site, it has some too

Thanks for the quick reply. I have checked both of those sites before, they have the Loudmouth 2 but they are all on LS1's. I want a clean sound that won't sound like straight pipes after I add headers and a new Y pipe. Thanks for the links though.

That's not a true SS is it? Just asking because it has the stock Z28 tips on it. Either way, you have two very nice cars.

The stock Z28 tips are long gone, go to page two and you'll see the new CME. No the 95 isn't an SS. Two years ago, the car was backed into by a GMC truck with about 8" of lift. The front end needed replaced along with the hood. I always wanted the SS hood, and this was a chance to have the insurance pay for it. I was either going to have a Z28 wanting to be an SS or just go for the clone. It will never be sold as a "true" SS, it's just what I wanted. I have all the mods an LT1 SS had, plus some.

The loudmouth 2 is what we suggest to customers that have headers or have plans to do so. The resonator that is supplied with the loudmouth 1 is wide open, no restrictive material what-so ever. The loudmouth 2 does have some packing in the muffler and provides some smoothing to the sound so not as much rasp and "metal to metal" sound.

Alternatively, consider the TSP Rumbler.

I get a kick outta mine.

I have the TSP rumbler and love it. It's fairly quiet, unless you sit at about 2grand. Then it likes to drone. But, at WOT it freaking screams. I got on it going thru my small town and just floored it in Neutral and you could see the windows shake. LOL
