Pulley doesn't fit easy, why?
I have a March under drive Pulley I'm trying to put on and it does not fit easy. The hole is actually smaller than the stock pulley...What is that about? I checked to make sure i had the right pulley, and I do. It just seems like it's going to need to be forced on. Also, the stock bolts do not fit...I'm confused. Does anyone have the 2 piece March pulley set?
I have a 94 Z28.

I dont have the march set. but i do have one and it dosent take a lot of work to put on. I dont care what they say. It should go on with some effort, not be a pita.

The hole in the middle should be smaller than the stock one as it's supposed to fit inside the hole of the stock pulley. The stock bolts will not work as you need longer bolts. The march pulley should sandwitched between the stock one and the hub.

You can't use the stock belt by the way, you need a smaller one.

I take the stock pulley off, then take off the balancer, then put the march pulley in, then put the balancer back on? Is that what your saying? Also, i know you need different bolts. They came with the pulley set and they are longer.
