Default A4 3500stall what gears 3.73 39.0 4.10

It is going to be a dedicated track only car dont car about gas mileage. But i have heard that before the end of the track with 4.10s go into OD. Would 3.90s do the same thing.

It depends on your whole combo...N/A or power adder...You have to match your cam to your converter to your gears...Also don't forget that tire diameter plays a big role, too...Where do you make peak power? Where/when it shifts depends on where you set it in the tune...

I have 3.73s now and go thru the traps at 6000...I'm going to 4.10s to go thru at 6300, but I may also go to a 28" tall tire which changes everything a bit..We need a bit more info to help you out...

matching is everything. Im running a 3600 stall and 4.10's. The biggest problem ive had is tire size for the track.

Im going with 3200 stall, 4.10's, 28" tall tire, cam is matched perfect for them.

Could go a larger on the stall but Fddle told me its fine.

There is no sure fire answer... run your car with the 4:10's if your running 26" tall slicks and RPM out then 28's will "seemingly" drop you back to a little more than 3:73 gear RPM's. Then theres always 27's for a medium. Any of which is better than running 3:73's and having to run 24 1/2" import slicks because you don't have enough gear.
