Motor Oil what kind of motor oil would you guys recomend on a rebuilt stock lt1 in a 94 Z. it's my daily driver for the moment. do you guys recomend synthetic or just regular. what weight of oil as well. 10W or 5W? i don't want to spend alot on motor oil every time i have to change it.

20-50 royal purple with the lucas oil full synthetic addative...then you can change the oil every 7500 miles. If you just rebuilt the motor I would not use sythetic oil till you have 1000-1500 miles on it...til the rings seat in...NEVER USE PENZOIL !! IMO.
