anyone sell adj. timing chain for LT1/LT4?
I'm looking for a adj. timing chain for a 95 TA. I want to be able to degree the cam in case of inaccuracies in the cam grind or elsewhere that might effect valve event accuracy. I've looked all over. I have an LT4 chain now, don't know if it's the extreme duty or not. I don't think it's adj. Any help would be great, thanks.

I beleive I saw a "hex a just" for a 95 on summit when I was looking for mine.
Can't seem to find them when I searched today though.
The other way to repair a cam that was ground +/- is to use a bushing and drill a hole to move it back into position.
Mine as off 6*, we used a bushing to fix that.
(I ended up using an Linati timing set btw, those things were tough to drill though)

If you are useing an electric WP you can buy a timing chain that was used in the Gen 1 SBC(88'-00' 5.7L) that used a Hyd Roller cam.

What type of adjustable timing chain set are you looking for? There are 3 key way(4* advanced or retarded), 9 key way(+ or - 6* in 2* increments), and a sloted cam (not crank sprocket like the previous two choices) sprocket gear that is + or - 8* by lossening the bolts that hold the two peices together. Do you have a brand choice that you prefer?
