P0300 engine code...random misfires...

Default P0300 engine code...random misfires...
I was on my way home last night and took a turn pretty quickly and my car suddenly started to idle terribly.....the SES light came flashing on and it's running very rough. I scanned it this morning and i got a P0300 code...random misfiring. Where should i start, plugs wires? Could this be a bad opti?

Check the plug wires first.

Last time my car tossed that code my fuel filter was clogged. Check your fuel pressure too.
