Default Low IAC counts

My IAC counts start out at 32, then after it warms up they fall to 11...when driving around and I come to a stop the idle will stay up between 800 and 900 rpm untill I blip the throttle then it will come down a little. I have replaced the IAC and cleaned the passages...would the low counts keep the idle up? And where else should I be looking? Thanks for the help !

With it being a new IAC my first thought is. Have you or could have someone else messed with the screw in the back of the TB to adjust the blades?

I dont know what the counts are coming to a stop, I am not monitoring it will driving. the TPS voltage is at 0.58 at 0% angle, if I take the throttle screw out will it increase the IAC counts? I just put a pcmforless tune in and it idles kinda high, I have been told that the loww counts may be a vacuum leak and the motor may be getting air from another source. What is the low side that the TPS voltage can be?

you shouldn't have to worry about adjusting your TPS if you are using a stock TB. When you take the screw out you are closing the throttle blades completely, your IAC count should go up. This really doesn't sound like an IAC problem; usually a bad IAC will cause the car to stall when coming to a stop. Did you spray some carb cleaner around your intake, tb, and injectors to see if there is a vac leak, also check all the vac lines and elbows for holes. Also, your throttle blades could be sticking, take the intake elbow off and spray some carb cleaner with the blades open, it may be gummed up.
