piston and chamber specs?
Since you are going to have horrible quench I think most of us would like to tell you THIN gaskets but before we do that we should know some more specs so we do not endup causing compression to get too far out of hand.

Mr Gasket CO. part # 5716 is a pair of Ultra Seal head gaskets that are good to 12.1:1 compression. They have a 4.110" bore dia and have a 0.026" compressed thickness.
As for you compression ratio its hard to tell. I have had stock casting "327" 2 bolt LT1 blocks with varrying deck heights on all four corners. Personally I would not even put the motor together until you have had it decked (locally it only costs $175). Like 96capricemgr stated your quench is going absolutely horrible.
