Default Motor value opinion

Found this motor, was wonder what your opinions were on value: Long block LT1, corvette (assume 4 bolt) not sure on year, claims its a test motor with no real in-car use, therefore super low miles. What you think for value?

Make sure it's a 4-bolt before you buy. Find out exactly what kind of testing. If he sounds vague, it was probably hard. It may only have 10k miles, but if they were all at 7200 RPM testing a pcm or parts, then it's gonna be beat up.

IF you can get the numbers off the block machined area infront of the right head will tell if its a GM test engine.
