Default SS Hood

Some guy backed into my car and tore my hood up. I'm thinking about replacing it with an SS Hood and saw this one EBAY http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Camar...89461958QQrdZ1 has anybody ever dealt with these people? I am also in South Carolina and thier about 2 hours away from me.If anybody knows where I could get a GOOD product I am open to suggestions. Thanks

i'm not sure on quality BUT it has a good tight hood gap. Some aftermarkets have horrible gaps by the bumper and fenders. That one looks nice and tight. Get it, if you don't like it resell it. Should find somebody that likes it~Cole~

Why don't you just call around to your local salvage yards and ask if they have one. There's like 5 different places around here that have em and every one i've seen are in near mint condition. You'll probably be lookin at spendin around 200 bucks for it through a salvage yard. Just my .02

You are lucky then, no one around here has any SS Hoods..unless you mean the regular Hood.

No I mean the SS hood. I was going to get one for my Z but I changed my mind and would rather spend my hard earned money on something alittle more fun like oh...say...**** to make my car go faster I don't know why the places around here have the SS hoods just layin around their yards especially since only one of the places i went to actually HAD a camaro there.

Be careful when buying those hoods of ebay. Took me 2 times to get the 1 I wanted. The first 1 was designed for a 93-97, but the scoop was designed like the ls style hoods and the sides where the hood meet the finder was about 2" too high . I was going to get 1 from the same company but got a better deal from another place. Best thing to do is look into his feedback, find someone who purchased that same hood and ask them how it fit.

I don't know why there are SS hoods in Wyoming either, but thats one cool sounding mystery. Um have a number for these scrap yards?? I bet after shipping it would still be cheaper.
