Tune for 55lb injectors?

Tune for 55lb injectors? I'm putting together a 383 with ported heads and a cam simiar to the 847. I would like to put down 420-430rwhp on the motor. I will be spraying a 200-250 shot dry. I just got some 55lb injectors which may be a little over kill but will I have idle problems with the larger injectors?
