Tighten down the Rockers a little bit. The way the OPTI goes in pretty much makes it perfect timing if it's in the right position. You can't really mess that up.

If the Rockers aren't in proper adjustment, then it won't run. I made that mistake, they were too tight, and it kept backfiring and wouldn't run. His are too loose, not letting enough fuel in, and I can back that by the fact that he said that they are chattering like crazy.

Definitely sounds like your rockers are out of adjustment. Did you adjust everything correctly at zero lash with the proper pre-load?

If you get the rockers set, and still no start you either set the timing chain wrong or the opti is not on right.

Did you degree that cam when you installed it?
Also, double check your plug wires and make sure they are on right.
Check connectors from the wiring harness and make sure they are on tight as well.

sounds like its crosswired or possibly rockers too, double check your wires especially passenger side.

Did you have trouble codes before the install? If not I'd say your wasting your time changing sensors.
