injector removal

injector removal can anyone tell me how easily injectors are supposed to come out of the fuel rail?from what ive read they are supposed to pop out pretty easily.i pulled and wiggled on mine as hard as i could with my bare hand and they didnt come out 
any suggestions or ideas here would be very helpful

sometimes the o-rings get dry and the injectors can be in there pretty tight....just keep pull'n. If you haven't done so, it is sometimes easier to do with the fuel rales out of the car. Don't know if you are going to re-use the injectors, but if so, make sure you have some replacement o-rings on hand in case you damage one taking it out.
