Default New H/C LT1 DYNO numbers!!

I dont have the sheet yet but they just called me from the shop. All mods are in sig except they also added the port matched intake.

First run was 354 HP/308 TQ

After they added the intake it gained 12 HP/20 TQ..

They are still working on the tuning but the car is running very lean..A/F is around 14.5

My stall is eating a lot of HP.. My cam is 2.3x.2.3x over 600 lift..

Its always dissapointments.. A heads/cam LT1 dynoing this low?! Also these heads flow VERY well..

These are the flow numbers for the heads:

Intake/exhaust
.100"-90/64
.200"-153/118
.300"-207/167
.400"-253/197
.500"-275/214
.600"-284/225

Something has to be up... they are cam only numbers tq seems low also. Like it was mentioned earlier, a 1/4 run will tell you how far off par you are.

Yeah I never get to the track, I have ET radials on the way So I will finally get traction. Mike Blackstone ported the heads, and obviously you can see they flow very well. I hate this damn Fuddle converter!!

People blame stall but reality is everyone else making big power through an auto is running a lot of stall too.

That said get it too the track, that is THE real test.

From what little I see here though I think your disappointment will be confirmed and you found out the expensive way that we don't race flow benches.

Im very dissapointing at the #'s. I KNOW the track is the real way..The car does not feel like it is performing up to par either..These numbers are low, and that is important to me still.

Dynos are for tuning only. Let the track tell you if the mods work. Nobody would be scared of my dyno #'s but seem to think otherwise at the track. (not that my car is fast but decent)

i dont want to ask a stupid question, but does the shop use a mustang dyno? if so that could explain the lower numbers.

My A/F was 14.5 that is pretty shitty, plus once they get the tune better it should help a little, dissapointing nonetheless tho.
