Default People with SLP CAI, come in

I'm in the process of putting my slp cai on and when I'm ready to connect it to the elbow it's 3 inches too long! It would be a perfect length if the maf wasnt there. Am I missing something here? I have a trickflow elbow btw.

Here's what it looks like in the car. Even though it's in the bracket, it is just too long. Is there anyway to tell the difference between a v6 cai and a v8 cai?

Did the guy on cz28.com have a 1993? Exactly how you said "It would be a perfect length if the maf wasnt there," which is in the case of a 93.

Yeah ask him if he had a 93'. I bout the K&N and it comes with an adapter to make the intermediate pipe longer if you have a speed density car which comes without a maf.
