Default Nitrous tuned question--- LS1 race

I have my car tuned for nitrous

I had it set up for a 100 shot. So the timing is probably set back a few degrees right?

How much of a difference would it be if I didn't have it set for nitrous.?

I raced a practically stock ls1 ws6 from a 40 roll yesterday and he pulled me a little up to 80 then we stopped.

the ls1 was an 02 ws6 with stock exhaust cut at the y-pipe, ported tb and slp maf. 6-speed

At most they pulled 2 degrees. It also depends if they added more fuel to the tune. I personally add 5% at WOT for my 150 wet. I don't think it's absolutely necessary, but I look at it as cheap insurance. So, you may be also running a little rich.

Probably 1-2 degrees of timing which is about 5-8rwhp.

It probably has more to do with the speed you went from. Try him from a dig, or one of the better downshift points with the 4L60E at either 25ish or 50.
