Default Need cam suggestions!

Right now I have a cam thats too large for my setup. I have port and polished stock heads and the cam is a custom grind 2.3x duration..600+ lift 108 LSA. It doesnt make peak power until 6800+ rpms..Im only winding my stock shortblock up to around 6400..All my mods are in sig and it dynoed 365/343. A H/C LT1 that low? I need to ditch the cam, but its going to be a shame is sounds so mean.

What are some good cams to throw in their that like ported heads? Im willing to go as big as possible as long as its making peak power around 6k..not so high as my current one does. I know the cc306 is a good cam, but I think I could get better numbers from another.

What cam would you go with?

Definately need to simmer down on the lift of ur over .600, and on the LSA. You would most likely make more power with a smaller cam. Go with a custom grind, AI, LE, PortPros,

If you want an off the shelf try something like the Comp 503 or Crane 846.

If you are going to have Ron and Phil help you, just trust them. When I did my heads and cam last year I largely just called told them what I wanted to do and let them recommend the details. We talked it over a little after that but did not stray from their plan too much other than trying to stay within my budget and it has worked out.
Honestly I was prepared to compromise drivability more than I have, that is OK though because it means I drive it a lot and get to enjoy what my hard earned money was spent on.
I put about 7K on the heads and cam from late april till I put the car away for winter and frankly that was low because the AC was broken till mid July so a lot of days I wanted to drive it I didn't, once the AC was fixed though my wagon sat a lot.
The tires on it are very bad below freezing(Bridgestone RE730 summer tires) so I can not drive it evey day now but drove it most of last week since it was warm enough.
