Default Lingenfelter Valve springs any good?

Hey guys I found these on ebay, I'm putting a very mild came in my 1996 Formula, and porting my stock heads, and was wondering if these would would work with my application. Any info is very much appreciated.

They are way too strong for 99% of the hydrolic roller cams, and a the stock installed height on an LT1 is 1.78" so you will be around 180 lbs on the seat. Definatly look into some other springs. What cam are you going with?

I'v got a very mild cam, a zz4. Looks like I will check out some other springs.
