There are some links and pics that people have posted. I will post up my pics tomorrow of when I did it, it helps out alot. If you do find one, cut out the left corner a little more instead of leaving it just a rectangle, it will help when you dis-connect the Fuel Lines.

thats one is the more complete one, worked fine.
One thing I would recommend aside from the hole, in the upper had corner to cut a further square, it easier to get to the fittings.
