Default AC Delete Finished..

Here is the new Panel Installed..should make for changing Spark Plugs alot easier..

^^^That **** went bye bye long time ago..it was broken though. Made something fun to shoot at in the field..

what did you use to block off the ports?? want to do an a/c delete on mine soon and need to know what to do with everything from the expansion valve backwards.

Just cut the Face of the Box off flush with the Fire Wall, Siliconed the inside Rim of it, and put that Panel on. Those Hoses are actually the Heater Core, and they just have a piece of a Rag in them until I connect the Heater Lines back up. Everything AC sits outside the Fire Wall, everything Heat sits inside the Car. Junk the AC stuff and make a Panel like that, and you are good.

Man I have a compressor sitting in the garage from my A/C delete PM me. Looks good btw I hate still having the expansion block in mine, but I can't pull my engine yet

Looks good...did one a while back on a truck and used rivets...helped add a real clean flush look.

I Siliconed the **** out of that.. even if all the Bolts fall out, it's still glued on there..
