Default Upgrading fuel system what should I get?

I just hooked up a fuel pressure gauge on the schrader valve on the fuel rail and I only getting about 30psi and when you give it gas it drops some.I think I'm going to replace the injectors, fuel pressure regulator and my fuel pump.
Right now I just have the basic boltons but I am plaining on doing heads and cam and going to rebuild the motor have not decided if I'm going to build a 383 or a 355.

My question to you guys out of the three things I want to purchase what should I get?
Injectors brand and size?
fuel pressure regulator what brand?
fuel pump brand and size?

I'm look to end up around the 400-425hp mark.
Thanks guy for any info.

I currently have #30 SVO injectors which seem happy at my modest 380rwhp level so if your going bigger the 36's should work well. Also, I run an accel adjustable fp regulator which, again, works just fine for me. Lastly, I have heard really good things about the racetronix LT1 in-tank fuel pump with upgraded wiring harness. I ordered it last week and its being installed early june.

Hope this helps.
