Who has done a 98-02 rear end conversion
anyone lol i was lookin at a video on youtube and this dude wit a 94 i think had done the conversion to make it look slim in the back and not so wide.

no like it makes the car slimer in the back and not so wide. its like the back of the car is is shaved.
PS this is a appearance mod not a performance well it may help it by ayrodynamics i dnt kno

The carrier I believe uses gear posi instead of clutch posi. That wouldn't shorten the rear end any though heh.

??? the only thing "appearance wise" that is different from '93-'97 and '98-up is the tail lights.
quarters, hatch, wing, bumper, rearend (housing), etc... is all the same from '93 to 2002

here it is look at the comments he said he did a rear end conversion its like he shaved the back of the car to make it look slim from the back and not so wide an not just the tail lights

nowhere in that video do i see anything about a "rear end conversion." maybe he swapped the rear end out to a 9 inch or 12 bolt and you just thought it was a body mod instead. but the rear section of that car, from what i can see, is stock as can be.
there would be no reason to shave the back to "make it look slim" thats stupid. thats why T/A's are so badass bc of that huge *** end, anyone hat would wanna make it smalller would be considered a moron in my books.

ok he did say he did a 98+ rear end conversion if not then why is the car a whitish color when he was working on it , and i want my rearend to look like this but i may be a idiot i always thought the ls1 birds had a slimer rear end then the Lt1s.

The only conversion you can do in the rear is if you have a Base Firebird or Formula, which you change the bumper cover to the T/A style. That's what is on that white one in the pic you posted. And as said, other than that it's just the tail lights.
