i seen bare castings on ebay ,and i call dart.thay couldnt give me any #s yet and the heads will be out soon thats all i could get from the guy. oh yeah ,thay are not going to make a intake

Yea dude, that does not make any sense.
If they are LT1 Vic Heads then they would be Reverse cooling already...and ive never heard of Vic heads anyway.
But back on topic,
If these so called 'darts' are bolt on then im IN, that would be sick to have another aftermarket casting for all the guys using stock castings to bitch about.

Right after the PRI show several guys mentioned this on several different forums.
BizZzatch350 is on the right track but I also think Edelbrock and MSD should have taught you all a lesson by now. Believe when YOU HAVE IT IN HAND. Ordering means nothing many companies will take orders LONG before anything nears production and in the case of the original LT1 Edelbrock intake from a decade ago take orders and never have the part go into production.
