Mail orders are not good all of a sudden? I think you'll have a few mad companies if they saw that

You'll want a tune, yes. You can run them, but they won't be utilized to their potential/max.

You can NOT run them without a tune. 30lb svo injectors on the stock tune will run so rich that you will be risking serious damage to your engine.

Ah ok. I wasn't sure if the ECM changed the pulse width to counter that. Everyone says the stock ECM is so smart, that adding in certain things won't matter. Like when I put in my 24# SVO (25.5# @ GM PSI), and noticed a change, some said that no performance was gained, since the stock computer could compensate.

Well it can compensate a little bit with the o2 sensors if the change is small. Anything significantly different though and it won't be able to. The pcm uses the injector constant param and other operating sensors to determine pulse width, the constant is a static value. If you change them you have to tune it also. 24# svo would probably be fine leaving it stock since the change is so small, it might run slightly richer (o2s might correct it) but it most likely won't hurt anything. 30# definitely not though.

At the very least, you have to tell the PCM what size injectors you now have. Otherwise, you should wait until you get the tune to install them.

Yep. If you call around to Dyno shops, one of them who can tune, might be willing to just do that for a few bucks. Call and see what they're Dyno Tune costs too. Might be cheap and really worth it.
