Mail orders are not good all of a sudden? I think you'll have a few mad companies if they saw that

Well it can compensate a little bit with the o2 sensors if the change is small. Anything significantly different though and it won't be able to. The pcm uses the injector constant param and other operating sensors to determine pulse width, the constant is a static value. If you change them you have to tune it also. 24# svo would probably be fine leaving it stock since the change is so small, it might run slightly richer (o2s might correct it) but it most likely won't hurt anything. 30# definitely not though.

At the very least, you have to tell the PCM what size injectors you now have. Otherwise, you should wait until you get the tune to install them.
