If you're running stock injectors on what you already have, then you'd want them anyways! Ditch the JET chip, get some 28# SVO injectors and have your ECM either Dyno Tuned or mail order to PCM For Less.

If you're running STOCK injectors (24#) yes, you do. Those poor things are being worked harder than a, well insert whatever you want to for how hard they're worked lol
28 or 30# is what I recommend.

If you have someone to burn it, I can send you my file I made for mine. If you don't have emissions I can leave all the AIR and EGR off, or turn it back on if needed. I'd recommend getting 24# SVO's though, because w/o a tune I noticed throttle response with them.
EDIT: Wait a second, a 96? You don't have a chip! Only 92 and 93 LT1s have chips lol 94+ have EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), which means they get tuned by a power programmer, or a computer (Your own laptop, a dyno tune) because they are a permanent chip in the PCM. Which, PCM is also a new term for 94. Powertrain Control Module, since it controls the transmission as well. 92 and 93 is ECM, Engine Control Module.
Class dismissed

If YOU installed everything and know the injectors are stock, and for some reason haven't had your car tuned, then I'd say it'd be better to get it dyno tuned. If it's been tuned previously, send it out for a mail order.
