Default long tubes rusting???

Has anyone had problems with their Pacesetters coated headers rusting? Pacesetter even replaced my first set for free and they are still rusting??? Mostly down where the four tubes come together and up about half way.

The problem with Pacesetter's is that, they only coat the outside of the headers, and the coating quality/durabilty is arguable.

Im getting my next set right from Jet Hot.
They coat the headers inside and out with thier proven 'Sterling' coating, and do Ypipe's as well.
You buy the Painted Pacesetter Long Tubes right from Jet Hot and have them coat them.

Having the headers & Ypipe coated cost $260, and having just the headers coated cost $185.
So basically, about $450-$500 for Jet Hot Coated Pacesetter Longtubes.

Painted PS LT's = $280
Jet Hot Coating = $185

So $465.00, then you just buy the Ypipe.
If you guys already have the headers and/or Y-Pipe, just send whatever you choose to Jet Hot to be coated inside and out.

I've seen Jet hots and Hookers do the same thing. If they ever see weather most will start. I took mine to a powder coating place local and had them blast them and spray a 1500* heat coating on them that looks like a Flat white. Then i sprayed them down with 3 coats of the VHT header coating and they turned out great....no more rust! Mine look good inside and out.
