Default 94,95,&96 LT1 shortblock?

What is the dif between a 94,95,&96 LT1 shortblock?

94/95 have rods that can be resized,96/97 PM rods cannot be resized.
the camshaft dowel pin are longer due to the vented opti design 95-97 i think that is all but someone else may know of more

You can't machine the parting line on the 96/97 PM rods so they're resizeable?

+95 Timing covers do not have the provision for the CPS (Crank Position Sensor)
-96/97 have the Provision.
