Default Unplugging O2's

Can I unplug my O2 sensors? If I can how long before it starts hurting the motor. And can i unscrew them from the headers or just unplug them?

yes you can. It won't hurt the motor, it will just run in open loop. gas mileage will suck though because your fuel mix will not be as accurate. If you are going to do this permanently I would recommend you get a tune for open loop.
