porting stock throttlebody.... I am about to port my throttlebody, are there specific area's I should concentrate on? search is all screwed up....

If you have the machinery and have acquired all the correct parts for this, then you wouldn't be asking for any help. Which leads me to believe you don't have one or the other, or both, in which case my suggestion to you is not to attempt this. Just go on eBay and buy one of the ported stocks for the $150.
