Default What are these things? (Pictures)

Obviously, the pictures say it all... what are they, and why are they in the condition that they are? Incase you're wondering, the first are of a module (looks like relays) under the glovebox panel... not sure why certain wires are spliced together and some are just left hanging. Any input? Also, that vacuum line is coming out of the fuel line bundle and is supposed to connect just below the throttle body, but there's no suction in the line with the car running... so I don't know what the purpose is. Someone enlighten me!

Ok I will take a shot. It looks like the fuses could possibly have went to a nitrous kit? I think the extra line your referring to is the evap line coming from back of car. I believe that it should rap around to the solenoid on the passenger side of the intake manifold.

Yeah that's the evap line for the fuel system also known as charcoal canister purge. Personally, I deleted mine. I also turned off the function with LT1 Edit. I wouldn't recommend just yanking it off. What looks like you have under the dash is a set of aftermarket relays. Someone has had something hooked up, nitrous like it was mentioned or maybe a car alarm.

You'll have to remove the little black thing on the pass side of the manifold by the opti plug. Not sure what the thing actually is. It has two vacuum lines on it and you'll have to plug the port on the TB and the other one is the line itself I think. Then you'll have to cap the hardline under the driver side. Next you'll have to turn the function off in the PCM otherwise you'll get a code and might not run well.
