Most longtube header choices for LT1's are 1 3/4 unless you go with kooks or heddmans

You should be fine, just make sure you are checking your duty cycle on your injectors when you dyno etc..to make sure you not running them dry.

Headers is 2, they are exhaust headers. There is 1 for each cylinder head.

If you get the Pacesetters they will bolt up to your heads.

Do some researchin on that man, its pretty self explanitory.

The off-road y pipe attaches to the collectors of EACH header and then to the intermediate pipe on the catback.

You dont need 30# injectors, with a good tune you can use stock and have enough fuel. If you plan on nitrous ( i wouldnt recommend, you've got alot to learn) you might need to step up with 30#s and a pump. I'm on stock injectors with whats in sig. If you get a throttle body, let me suggets this one.

Get the -69700 | 69701 | 52mm 1992-'97 LT1

for the money they are hard to beat and you can find them on Ebay sometimes for 200-220 shipped New with a NICE polished finish.

Good luck LE2 heads are great.

it's starts to matter the faster you get. I know some low 12 fbodys on stock suspension. Relocation brackets and a set of Lower control arms are most first upgrades.

Word of the gods is: Build a Fbody from back to front

The rear end will almost always be the first to go when you start making power

You can be fine on the stock suspension but if you wanna hook at the track, you might wanna look into upgrading.

I would recommend against staying with the stock injectors for the LE2 package. On both my (bolton) lt1 cars the duty cycle was already over 80% with just some minor mods. Once you get up around 400rwhp you're really pushing it with the stock injectors. They can work, but why cut corners when you're already spending that much on the motor. Better to upgrade and have a larger margin for safety imo.

I'll talk to Ed and see what the duty is on mine but when i asked Ed Wright, he said "Stock works great" and it's not a big deal untill you jump to a 383 or 396. Just coming from Ed Wright so...

Well I reckon it depends on the tuner and Ed is one that can make it work.
