Default mass airflow sensor

did any body buy an aftermarket mass airflow sensor and are the worth the 300 bucks or do most people descreen them and keep the stockers

With your mods(in sig), the stock MAF will be fine. I wouldn't descreen or port it either. Not worth the risks for a few ponies if you ask me.

Keep the stock one..the Aftermarket ones are crap.

I bought the Granatelli. I ended up selling it, for a loss of course. Not needed.

yeah, stocker for sure. You can descreen it if you want but don't port it.

Mine is the stock one descreened. The AFR has been rich the whole time I owned the car. I finally tuned it and had to rescale the whole MAF tables to get the AFR right.


Save your money for a stall, gears, and a cam.
