Default tuning options other that LT1Edit?

i was wondering what tuning software other than edit people are using?
i wish HPTuners had something for the LTx cars, i would just get that since i already know how to use it.

-Thanks

I'm also curious about this. I would prefer a handheld tuner, but I've heard Hypertech sucks, and I can't find any other handhelds for OBD1. PCMforless has a mail order tune, but I dont' want to go that route unless I have to.

I have downloaded freescan and datamaster. I haven't had the chance to utilize them due to not having a akm cable yet

handhelds are garbge no matter wht brand you buy. mial order tunes are ok as long as you have access to some data logging and the tuner is willing to tweak the tune for you as needed. if you buy a mail order tune that is a one shot deal, you are only getting slightly more than with a handheld most times.

no it isn't a datalogger, try datamaster for obd1, or autotap for 2.

I 'think' Tunercat has an option to run an internal datalogger, but most people just run TTS.

I had TunerPro RT and Datamaster for my old setup.

Tony.
