need new radiator-how about fluidyne ?
i saw the swap in of a the fluidyne unit into an lt1 camaro in a recent gm performance. im wondering if its as direct of a bolt on as they made it seem. my gm radiator has a crack in the passenger side plastic part so i just want to go ahead and upgrade. my car is an m6- not sure how much difference that makes. basically just curious if i buy the part will it be as simple as the gm replacement piece to install and if not, what snags might be involved... thanks for any info you guys can give me.

I also picked up a Fluidyne. It's a true direct drop in radiator and substantially beefier than the stk unit. Just put it in last wk as matter of fact, and I got lucky as I bought the last one from Summit and paid 375 bucks for it! They stopped having them--why I don't know. Glad I saved myself 250 bucks though!
Oh, if anything you'll have to smoothe the thread line for the radiator cap. I got the cap on but couldn't get it off w/out the help of a 300lb gorilla. Took 5 mins tops to fix.
