Default Heating & cooling...

I'm trying to maximize not only my AC system but also my cooling system:

-I'm installing a Be Cool 60246 radiator (Be Cool's recommendation).
-I'm not using a in-radiator trans cooler.

I've also noticed that there's no heater valve, the heater core always has hot coolant running through it (correct me if I'm wrong but this is as per a very goods GM parts guy). I've found and will be installing a heater valve from some GM car, my parts guy picked it off the shelf. It's the bypass/diverter type, in the closed position, all coolant is diverted back, not just one side closed off like most heater valves.

Questions for you:

-Has anybody done this?
-Is there a way to improve the air conditioning?
-Is there a way to improve the two cooling fans?
-Is there a better coolant on the market?

Oh yeah, instead of using vacuum for the valve, I'm just gonna saftey wire it shut. When winter comes, I'll snip the wire.

Evens Coolant is great or just use the Ford/DCX spec GL5. Try and stay away from Dexcool.

Will look around for a F-body housig and see if the door covers the heater core or if it just mix the air a little. The other thing you can look into is changing your TXV up or down in size to get max cooling.
