this will be my 3rd camaro and my other 2 have had 4" cowl hoods, so of course im going to have to get another one. but my question is, is it possible to use an LS1 lid with a cowl hood on an LT1?
i currently have an LS1 and would like to use my lid. i think its one thing that cleans up the LS1 engine bay a little.

i dont see why the ls1 lid wouldnt work. see alot of lt1s using them

you have to mod it a little but the lid will fit

it hits the hood, correct? i know its not 4" at the base of the hood, im just thinking it might work with a cowl hood

Roadtrip did a pretty clean conversion on his, you can use all the stock LS1 stuff under neath
