Default gear ratio untuned

would having an untuned speedometer from my 4.10s make me fail smog due to an inaccurate reading of speed?

also would untuned LTs make me fail due to the AFR? i just need to pass the sniffer and im gonna get 2 cats welded to my ORY.

I dont live in CA but have heard the horror stories. In theroy, the speedo will read higher but most machines show the speed or rpms so they follow that. The issue I see is that CA actually care about the visual inspection. LT's will fail, even if there are cats, its not in a stock location. If you get a sympathetic shop, thats great, I hope you do.
