Default Slight Ticking after shutoff

When the car gets nice and warm after a drive, when I shut it off, it ticks for about 1 minutes. Like, Tick-tick-tick-tick. It comes from the passenger side of the motor it that is any help. Thanks

It's the headers. The heat expansion and extraction causes noises. You really notice it on stock manifolds or other cars. My LT's dissipate heat better but I hear them if they get really hot.
