whats the tool called and where can i get it?

SEARS sells it, it's a reverse torx screwdriver style, forget the size but bring the opti with you and they'll have it on the racks. Actually they were out so I bought a reverse allen head screwdriver style and it fit just fine (green top was the size forget the actual #'s).

The poor mans way is to use one of the bolts off the top of the thottle body with some vice grips.

one of those long bolts? how does that work? or the bolts that hold down that black plate?

I took an E4 inverted torx and put it on the bench grinder and made it skinny to fit down in the holes.

Instead of vice grips double nut it and then you can use a 1/4" wrench or socket.
