Not that knowing how to spell has dick to do with knowing about a car.
Its cool how you can spell but don't know what the hell to do when you car is over heating but I'm cruising because I'm not a dumbass with my head stuck up my ***.

How is that being a smart *** anyways. I just pointed out that they are not considering everything. They need to verify the water pump is working, that the radiator is not clogged, hoses are not clogged, there is no air in the system, BOTH fans come on, and air damn is present. Running it without a thermostat may be wise to try first just to eliminate that as an issue (even though you said you have been through a bunch, tried it without?).

Make sure both temp sensors are good. There really is only so many things that can go wrong...

and water has better heat transfer quality's than coolant... i usually try to run a little more water than anti-freeze

I have a 93 z28. One fan kicks on at a particular temp (or if the AC is turned on) and the secondary fan kicks on if the temp gets to a particular hotter temp (can't remember right now the specific degrees). Anyway, I replaced the coolant temperature sensor (the one that goes into the water pump). Fixed everything for me. Fans come on at the right time and no overheating.
