Sometimes when I am cruisin around my car will get a kinda strange pulsation thing goin on. I don't hear the engine doing anything strange, but I just feel a weird pulsation that comes and goes. What would cause this? I was wondering if it could be from a miss, but it seemed odd to me that it would come and go.

Without knowing anything else, sounds like a plug wire.

yeah, check all plugs wires, maybe change the fuel filter, shouldn't be anything too major

Crap. I was hoping it wouldn't be anything to do with plugs and wires because I'm putting in headers next year most likely. Hopefully it isn't. I have a fuel filter laying around that I just haven't gotten to installing yet. Hopefully that will fix it.
