oil leak!

oil leak! can any one tell me the most common places that the lt1 has oil leaks so i know where to start? also what does it mean if you have smoke coming from the oil fill tube? any info will help. thanks.

crank seal, rear main seal, head gaskets. Oil fill tube? could be leaking from there and hitting your headers, causing the smoke. I'd look there first

could be burning water my work truck has a cracked head and is puffing like a train out of the fill cap and dip stick and i only have to add like 1/2 quart every couple days
