Default Header question

I am looking at some headers for my 94 Z28, but have a little bit different goals in mind for it. I am in a strict emissions area (sniffer testing), and HAVE to keep the cat in it. My main concern is I want to be able to work on the motor and change the spark plugs easier than it is now (damn near impossible!). I really would like to go with shorties since it will clean up the look some, and will give me the freedom of lowering the car later. Performance gains really don't matter that much to me at this point.

So, my main question going out is: Will shorty headers make it a lot easier to access the spark plugs, and other parts of the motor?

Yes. I have shorties on mine and plug access is much easier than with manifolds.

Not as easy as LTs but still a big improvement.

That was really my main concern on it. You have BBK's right?

I don't know what kind they are, I think most all the designs are the same though.
