Default 97 Z28 ticking :( ??? video inside

I have a 97 z28 w/ 180k miles, the motor started to tick a few days ago when i filled it up with good gas ( maybe bad gas) today @ atco I ran a 14.1@97mph stock down to the air cleaner 10/28/07

I was going to sell the car but the body is mint along with under cariage might as well just enjoy the car, I have access to a 95 impala ss motor stock with 30K miles

Hold a long screwdriver to your ear, and cup your hand around it so you close off outside sounds. Hunt around with the driver end of the screwdriver and see if you can isolate where the noise is. Try both bank's valve covers first, see if you can tell where the ticking is coming from.

Mine has been making the same noise for a long time now. I replaced the lifters and that did nothing. One day I decided to check all the exhaust manifold bolts and the ones on the pass side rear were so loose I could spin them with my fingertips. Tightened them up and the noise pretty much went away for awhile but the bolts backed out again and the noise came back. Tightened them back up and the noise went away. I'm not too worried about it now cause the Lts are going in this week with new gaskets and new arp bolts.
